Ingredients

Explanation

Black-bone Silky Fowl: Nourishing yin and clearing heat, tonifying the liver and kidney.

Lu Jiao Jiao: Nourishing blood and tonifying essence.

Mu Li: Replenishing Yin, suppressing the hyperactivies of Yang, relieving restlessness and astringing sweating.

Sang Piao Xiao: Reinforcing the kidney to replenish vital essence and arrest emission.

Xiang Fu: Soothing liver and regulating qi, regulating menorrhea and alleviating pain.

Dan Shen: Promoting blood circulation and dispelling blood stasis.

Di Huang: Clearing heat and cooling blood, stopping bleeding, nourishing yin.

Shu Di,Huang Qi and Ren Shen: Invigorating Qi and nourishing blood.

Zhi Gan Cao: Invigorating the spleen and stomach, tempering the actions of all the other ingredients.

Yin Chai Hu: Clearing deficiency heat.

Bie Jia: Nourishing Yin and removing heat.

Shao Yao: Tonifying qi, nourishing yin, and tonifying the spleen, lung and kidney.

Tian Dong: Nourishing yin of the lung and stomach, clearing heat of lung and stomach, nourishing kidney to clear effulgent fire.

Lu Jiao Shuang: Warming the kidney and tonifying yang, astringing to stop bleeding.

Qian Shi: Tonifying the kidney and secure essence; tonifying the spleen to check diarrhea, drying dampness and treating leukorrhagia.

Dang Gui and Bai Shao: Nourishing blood and regulating Ying.

Chuan Xiong: Regulating blood and promoting the flow of Qi.

Indications

Qi and blood deficiency, abnormal menstruation, weakness after delivery, dysmenorrhea, sores and weakness of waist and knees, morbid leucorrhea, uterine bleeding.
