Ingredients

Explanation

  • Shu Di: Nourish the kidney and replenish essence.
  • Shan Zhu Yu: Warm up and tonify the kidney and liver, arrest seminal emission.
  • Shan Yao: Reinforce the kidney and benefiting the spleen, combine Shu Di and Shan Zhu Yu to enrich all the three Yin.
  • Ze Xie: Purge fire of the kidney and prevent Shu Di from resulting in stagnation of Qi due to its tonic and sticky nature.
  • Dan Pi: Clear away pathogenic fire in the liver and restrict the warm nature of Shan Zhu Yu.
  • Lu Rong: Tonify kidney and liver, supplement essence and blood, strengthen tendons and bones.
  • Fu Ling: Induce diuresis, invigorate spleen and induce tranquilization.
  • Lu Jiao Jiao: Nourish blood and tonify essence.
  • Wu Wei Zi: Secure essence, replenish qi and nourish the kidney.
  • Niu Xi: Tonify liver and kidney, strengthen tendon and bone.
  • Fu Zi: Restore yang from collapse, reinforce fire and strengthen yang.

Administrations

All the drugs are pounded into powder with Lu Jiao Jiao 250 g. The powder is then made into pills. 50 pills are taken each time on empty stomach with warm wine or salt water.
