Xiang Zhang Mu

The Effect of Xiang Zhang Mu

Property

Pungent, warm; liver and spleen meridians entered.
Actions
Dispel wind-cold, warm the spleen and stomach, regulate qi, activate blood and dredge meridians.

Indications

Barbiers, scabies, tinea, rheumatic arthritis, pruritus, traumatic injury, diarrhea and vomiting caused by cold-damp, stomachache caused by cold, common cold due to wind-cold.

Dosage and Administrations

Decoct 10~20 g, or soaked in wine, or pounded into powder. Proper dosage is for external application, decocted for washing.

Cautions

It is contraindicated to pregnant women.
