Ingredients

Explanation

Zhi Shi: Inducing downward flow of Qi to disperse stagnation of Qi, relieving fullness and distention.

Gui Zhi: Reinforcing Yang-Qi and promoting its circulation to dispel pathogenic cold, keeping upward adverse flow of Qi going downward.

Sheng Jiang: Being pungent in taste and warm in nature, dispersing accumulation of pathogens, regulating the stomach to arrest vomiting.

Effect

Reinforce yang and dispel cold, induce downward flow of qi, relieve fullness and distension.

Administrations

Decoct in water for oral dose to be taken three times a day.
