Clear heat and reduce pathogenic fire, resolve swelling.

Indications

Edema, diarrhea, vomiting, erysipelas, scald, gingival hemorrhage, urodialysis, polydipsia, pyreticosis.

Dosage and Administrations

Decoct 9~15 g, or made into pill or powder. Proper dosage is for external application, pounded into powder for applying.

Cations

It is contraindicated in case of insufficiency-cold in spleen and stomach.
